E-BOARD MEETING

E-BD Minutes

February 18, 2006

President Roberts called meeting to order at 11:05am at the AFL-CIO building.  The secretary made roll call of the officers.

Excused absent:  Ben Solis

The December E-BD minutes were passed out to the officers.  A motion was made by Sister Cathy Robbins and second to accept the E-BD minutes.  Motion pass.  President Roberts presented a special guest to the officers.  Her name was Sara Thrailkille from American Income Life Insurance Co.

New Business:

1.  President Roberts requested the decertification of stewardship of Brother Jim Nettles.  Discussion among the officers.  Vote for- 10    Vote against- 3.  Brother Jim Nettles was decertified as a steward.

2. A motion by Sister Linda Daniels and second to donate $200.00 to the National All Stars Football Bowl for a member’s son.  Motion pass.

3. A motion by Brother George Roman and second to be paid $150.00 stipend for putting on the Health Plan Seminar.  Motion pass.

Meeting adjourned at 12:05pm.
